She combined her passion of being a leader and making a difference within the community together and began coaching wrestling and self-defence.

Throughout her high school years Sharen was an exceptional wrestler, and rugby player. She led her team as captain and MVP, representing her school at the City Selects tournament. Sharen’s parents immigrated from India in the late nineteen-hundreds, they struggled to find a sense of belonging and that made settling into a new country even more difficult. She uses their experiences to serve as motivation to embrace being different and cease any opportunity that comes her way while remaining focused, dedicated and humble.

Sharen is a driven young woman who is determined to pave a unique path and challenger herself by taking on new endeavours.
